Excellent ski room with heated boot warmers.

During my stay, the wifi was non-functional, which was frustrating since I needed to stay connected. I was also disheartened to find plastic cups in the bathroom, which seemed outdated. the lounge area felt cold and sterile, lacking a cozy atmosphere to relax after a day on the slopes.

Positive, Very friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect location, right next to the main chairlifts. Really good and convenient ski/snowboard storage facilities as part of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, and I loved having a spacious room with a balcony.

The Standard Single Room was surprisingly spacious, better than the photos. Perfect location for a first-time visit to Cervinia, right in the centre and just a short ski to the Cretaz chairlift. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with satisfying options.

I loved the perfect central position, just a few steps from the charming Chiesetta della Madonna delle Nevi and minutes away from great restaurants like Bar Ristorante Cime Bianche Laghi, making it easy to wander through the scenic streets and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
